My son has been Pokemon mad since he was 3 years old. He has Pokemon posters in his bedroom, hundreds of pokemon teddies and figures and has most of the Pokemon DS and Nintendo Switch games.
I came across this pattern a couple of years ago and he begged me to make it, so I did. Its a lovely easy pattern to follow and was made up quickly. Getting the button right took some time as it needed to be sewn on where it would keep the cover closed but wouldnt come undone or rip.
My son still uses this cover to hold his 2DS in (although he prefers his Nintendo Switch these days).
This cover should not be used if item is being charged (plugged into mains) and although the cover would prevent scratches to screens, it is made from wool so it would not protect from damage the same way a hard case would. This pattern is mainly for decoration.
